Velodrome – Olympic Park, London

Phoenix was at the heart of one of the nation’s biggest events of the century: the London 2012 Olympics. As the original installers of the iconic Velodrome situated in Queen Elizabeth’s Olympic Park, we were responsible for fitting a structured cabling system throughout the whole venue, as well as fiber distribution and full commas room environments.

The focus of the 2012 Olympics games was an emphasis on sustainability, and Phoenix rose to the challenge, implementing a communications system that will help the Velodrome retain its iconic status for years to come.

Since the Olympic games in 2012, Phoenix has been at the core of the new 300-million pound package to transform the Olympic Stadium into the home of West Ham premier league football club.
