Once the network has been installed, we will not leave the customer without support and warranty. The network is put through a series of approximately 50 seperate tests using scanners the engineers have with them. These results are then forwarded to RW Data who subsequently issue a warranty on the network. This is your security should anything go wrong.

If the network fails in any respect then Phoenix will send an engineer on site to evaluate the situation. You will not be charged for the call out, but only the time the engineer is on site to rectify the problem.

Throughout this process you will be kept informed of the situation and we wil be happy to deal with any issues that you have.

Whether you choose to liaise with an individual at our headquarters or speak to the first person that answers your phone call or email message, our friendly and professional staff will accomodate your every need.
